This school is permanently affiliated to the Council for the Indian Certificate Examinations (CIRCE), New Delhi (vied no. PU-025). The University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate with the assistance of Interstate for Anglo-Indian Education established the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations in 1958. In 1973 the Govt. of India recognized the Council as a body to conduct Public Examinations in India through an act of the Parliament and the council was appointed as one of the Indian examination bodies.
Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICES) is recognized by all the Education boards in the Country and by many overseas too. This is a Co-Educational school which prepares students for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (Class-x ICES) and Indian School Certificate Examinations (ISC CLASS- XII).
1. The ICSE Section (Classes Nursery to x ) prepares the students for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education Examination in the following subjects:
- English
- Punjabi
- Hindi
- Mathematics
- Science (Physics, Chemistry&Biology)
- History, Civics, Geography
- Physical Education/Computer Applications
- Socially useful Productive Work and Community Service
- Environmental Education (From 1st to 8th std. only)
ICSE pass certificate will be awarded to candidates who attain the pass mark for all subjects. However, it is compulsory to secure a pass grade in S. U. P. W.
B) ISC Section (Classes XI-XII) accepts students who have passed ICSE or its equivalent, and prepares them for the Indian School Certificate Examination of the council, in two streams:

Selection Criteria:
The ISC is a separate course. Admission to it is entirely at the discretion of the school authorities even for the students who have completed the ICSE at Christ The King Convent Sr. Sec. School, Kapurthala.
Admission will be mainly on merit.
Provisional admission will be granted on the basis of marks obtained in the Pre – Board Exams with a nominal provisional fee which will not be returned in case a student withdraws later. Pass mark in Engpsh is compulsory.
Stream: Required % age for the students of this institution
Medical: More than 70% and above in total (Marks in Science will also be considered)
Non-Medical: More than 70% and above in total (Marks in Science & Maths will also be considered)
Commerce: More than 70% and above in total (Marks in maths will also be considered)
